As for setting up for the damage phase, the raised ledge on the left pillar closest to the player spawn point for this encounter is a good place for everyone to get to. Have a defender at each location so that they can shield up if necessary. From here, all players are safe from the Templar and only a few Vex Harpies can hit them. Two people located at teleport location 2, three people at teleport location 1, and the relic bearer will mainly focus on killing adds at teleport location 2.
For this method, all players need to hide by the pillar in the far-left corner of the central area of the arena where the cleansing pool is. Ignoring the Oracles and intentionally getting marked is a much safer strategy as all players will be completely safe up until they need to get into position for the damage phase. Strategy:īefore starting this encounter, the fireteam needs to decide how they will tackle the Oracles and where they will set up for the damage phase. These maps are designed to help you understand the layout of each of the primary combat spaces in the Vault of Glass, as well as ideal fireteam formations and enemy movements. Lastly, Anarchy with one or two Slug Shotguns is another great combination, provided the Well of Radiance Warlocks are also using Lunafaction Boots.
The Exotic Machine Gun Xenophage is also a good choice for sustained damage. The other players should all use any high damage Supers and their appropriate Exotic armor pieces. A Ward of Dawn off to the side will also provide the best weapon damage buff too. Someone is going to need to be on ads because the harpies and minotaurs can over run you while the relic holder is running around blocking teleports. For Super abilities, one or two Wells of Radiance are essential to keep the five damage Guardians alive as the Templar will be constantly bombarding them with attacks. Tether and bubble bro will be good if that is the challenge. Since this challenge must be completed in a single damage phase, all Destiny 2 players need to bring their most powerful weapons and abilities. Team coordination regarding the Oracles, when the Templar’s shield will be taken down by the Relic player, and any imminent detaining bubbles is also crucial. Destiny 2 players can either destroy the Oracles normally, or all hide together and wait to get marked so that all players can cleanse themselves at the same time. There are two possible strategies for dealing with the Oracles at the beginning, too.
